We wanted a magazine, at any price, almost.....

Wanted something new, something to make Us feel good, and to make Others feel good too. We wanted new Outlook, wanted International, wanted to build Communities, wanted something Interesting. Thought provoking. Funny… in a word a MAGAZINE!

We kept trying, at first, by ourselves. News items in drawers, ideas in our heads, and photos in files....maybe it will be good for something someday.... when we have our magazine...

Then it happened, bringing people together, on a summer afternoon, sitting in a garden, eating peanutts. There the wills of many became one will. As beads of many different colours, shapes and sizes will make the designs to brighten our lives.

One of us formed the wide open Eye for the logo; an other came up with the name. Ideas were flying.....and the magazine was born,... in thought at first, on slips of paper, and in endless E mails.

Then, about a year ago came the word: it is READY, Web systems are in place, Bills are paid, and we have PUBLISHED! No champagne popped, but our heart beats were louder than any champagne cork. We own a MAGAZINE!

As we like it, as, we hope, you like it. Ours, for a year now and yours, if we reached you as we hoped!
